Kristen SkovsgÀrd is a writer and poet who grew up in the fringes of small-town British Columbia. She has an MA in English Literature and Creative Writing from UBC, and her work has been previously published in The Ex-Puritan. She currently lives in Vancouver on the unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh nations, where she is working on her debut novel and struggling to get into grad school.
